If you enjoy having a a cocktail every so often, keep your money out of the casino if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your handbag, your money belt, and keep all money, plastic credit and checks back at the hotel. Only take only the cash you anticipate to use on alcohol, tips and only the pocket change you intend to lose and leave the rest behind.
Contemptuous? Not at all. Realistic more like. You could have a success after a boozy night out with your compatriots and be lucky sufficiently to hook a 25 minute roll at a hot craps table. Hang on to that adventure considering that it is as brief as it gets if you continually drink and wager. The two simply don’t go well together.
Keeping your moola back at the hotel might be a little dramatic, but preventative measures for dramatic behavior is a requirement. If you play to profit, then do not consume alcohol and play. If you like to be wasteful with your money without a worry, then consume all the free booze your stomach can handle, but don’t take plastic credit and chequebooks to throw into the mix of following losses after your dead drunk head loses all the cash!
Let me to carry this 1 step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then head on the net to wager in your preferred online casino either. I love to beverage from the coziness of my condo, but since I am connected through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit near by, I can’t drink and wager.
What’s the reason? Even though I do not drink a lot, once I consume alcohol, it’s clearly adequate to cloud my better judgment. I wager, so I don’t drink alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. When mixed, both create a dangerous, and expensive, drink.
