If you enjoy a cocktail every once in a while, leave your money out of the casino if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your purse, your money belt, and keep all money, credit cards and checks out of the casino. Take whatever cash you expect to spend on beverages, tips and few dollars you anticipate to burn and leave the remainder behind.
Pessimistic? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You could have a profit after a drunken evening out with your acquaintances and be lucky sufficiently to hit a 25 minute roll at a on fire craps table. Keep that adventure considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you continually drink and gamble. These activities simply do not mix.
Leaving your moola at home is a little dramatic, but preventative measures for drastic behavior is a requirement. If you wager to profit, then don’t consume alcohol and gamble. If you like to be wasteful with your assets without a worry, then consume all the gratuitous booze you can handle, but do not take plastic credit and chequebooks to toss into the mix of following losses after your dead drunk head loses all the cash!
Permit me to carry this 1 step more. Don’t drink and then head online to bet in your favorite casino either. I love to cocktail from the comfort of my home, however seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards near by, I can’t drink alcohol and wager.
Why? Even though I do not drink to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s definitely enough to befuddle my judgment. I gamble, so I don’t consume alcohol when betting. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. Both make for an awful, and costly, cocktail.
